About the Role

You will own the self-serve growth engine and grow revenue from developer discovery through signup, credit purchase, and usage expansion. You will manage paid media, sponsorships, AEO/SEO, conversion experiments, attribution, incrementality testing, reporting, forecasting, agencies, and enterprise demand-generation programs. You will execute hands-on initially and build the function as it scales.

Requirements

• 8+ years of growth or performance marketing experience
• Experience at a developer tools, API-first, or technical B2B SaaS company
• Accountability for self-serve or usage-based revenue
• Experience managing a multi-channel paid budget of $5M+ or scaling a seven-figure program
• Product analytics and attribution design experience
• Experience designing incrementality or holdout tests
• SEO experience for a technical product
• Knowledge of AEO
• Conversion-rate optimization and experimentation experience
• Experience building a marketing function

Responsibilities

• Own self-serve revenue growth from discovery through usage expansion
• Plan and buy paid media and sponsorships across developer-focused channels
• Own the AEO and SEO roadmap
• Run conversion optimization experiments on key pages and flows
• Design attribution, incrementality testing, channel reporting, forecasting, and paid-budget planning
• Support enterprise demand-generation programs and pipeline measurement
• Manage agencies and vendors
• Build the growth marketing function as it scales
