About the Role
You will lead regional fleet operations leaders and set global operational standards, KPIs, and performance metrics. You will make high-stakes on-road risk decisions, direct incident response for severe events, partner on testing, identify operational gaps, and balance safety, commercial, and operational requirements.
Requirements
- Leadership experience managing global multi-site organisations of at least 100 people through leaders.
- Experience leading technical development cycles.
- Sound judgment in safety-critical situations.
- Experience setting KPIs and accountability standards.
- Cross-functional influence with safety and technical operations functions.
- Experience owning incident response and risk management for high-severity events.
- Experience managing contractors and full-time employees across regions and time zones.
- Based in or willing to relocate to London.
- Ability to be in person the large majority of the time.
- Ability to travel internationally regularly.
