About the Role
You will serve as the finance partner for manufacturing, supply chain, and program execution. You will support capacity planning, inventory management, and cost-improvement initiatives; build capital expenditure plans and make-versus-buy analyses; lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning; and model working capital, cash conversion, production cash demand, and contract-milestone cash flows.
Requirements
- Fluency in manufacturing operations, standard costing, inventory accounting, and supply chain finance
- Financial modeling skills, including scenario and sensitivity analysis
- Experience at a scaled hardware company in defense, aerospace, robotics, or industrial manufacturing
- Experience with production scaling, working capital, and liquidity
- Communication, presentation, and influencing skills
- Ability to use AI tools for financial modeling and analysis
Responsibilities
- Provide financial support for capacity planning, inventory management, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify efficiency opportunities and implement changes that improve productivity and reduce cost
- Build and maintain capital expenditure plans and make-versus-buy business cases
- Lead manufacturing, supply chain, and program execution budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Model working capital, inventory build-up, work-in-progress balances, and cash conversion cycles
- Translate production schedules into cash-demand curves and contract-milestone cash flows
