About the Role

You will lead financial analysis for inference and model spend. You will build product-margin and cost forecasts, reconcile revenue and serving costs from production data, analyze model-provider pricing and cost drivers, and assess pricing, packaging, and model-deployment decisions. You will translate AI usage and serving-cost dynamics into financial frameworks and clear decision support.

Requirements

• Analytical and financial operating-modeling skills
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Experience communicating financial information to non-finance audiences
• Commercial judgment in pricing, packaging, discounting, growth, and margin
• Experience partnering with technical and product teams
• Background in AI, machine learning, or consumption-based business models

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning for inference and model spend
• Build and maintain product-margin models that reconcile revenue, serving costs, and gross margin
• Analyze model provider contracts, pricing structures, and cost drivers
• Own financial analysis for cost per request, margin by product and tier, and customer and feature economics
• Develop consolidated model-cost forecasts from product roadmaps and model transitions
• Analyze the margin effects of pricing, packaging, and model-deployment decisions
• Translate usage and serving-cost dynamics into financial frameworks
