About the Role
You will shape the strategic vision for thematic and subsector ETFs, serve as a subject-matter expert across investor channels, and develop compelling investment narratives. You will create a long-term product roadmap, support product innovation, manage and develop a team, produce investor content, and coordinate commercial initiatives with global partners.
Requirements
- Hold a BA or BS degree; an MBA, MFE, or CFA is preferred.
- Obtain Series 7 and Series 63 licenses within six months of starting.
- Be able to travel within the United States.
- Have at least 10 years of industry experience, including investment management knowledge and client-facing capability.
- Have ETF product familiarity and direct ETF industry experience.
- Have thematic or technology investment experience and expertise.
- Demonstrate experience leading teams, setting strategic vision, securing stakeholder support, and driving performance.
- Communicate complex concepts clearly across client events, social media videos, and senior stakeholder discussions.
- Manage multiple priorities and collaborate across organizational levels in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Evolve the strategic vision for the thematic and subsector ETF offering.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and thought leader across wealth, institutional, and individual investor channels.
- Develop and communicate investment narratives, product expertise, and portfolio construction insights.
- Partner with product innovation stakeholders to build a long-term product roadmap.
- Develop commercially appealing products and enhance existing products.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team.
- Partner with portfolio managers and marketing stakeholders to create content for professional and individual investors.
- Connect with global product stakeholders to share product concepts, content, and commercial initiatives.
- Support product innovation, product scaling, sales training, and content delivery.
