About the Role
You will own institutional distribution across the product suite and build demand for tokenized RWA products. You will lead fundraising for upcoming fund products negotiate distribution partnerships with institutional platforms and manage a small team while maintaining your own personal business target.
Requirements
- 8 to 10 years of experience in institutional sales distribution or capital raising
- Meaningful digital asset experience at an institutional platform
- Demonstrable allocator and institutional relationships in APAC
- Track record of closed tickets
- Experience with traditional fund products offshore fund structures and LP onboarding
- Experience with stablecoins tokenized funds and RWA products
- Experience operating under financial services regulation in Hong Kong Singapore or comparable jurisdictions
- Understanding of professional investor regimes and distribution structures
- Experience leading or readiness to lead a small team
- Mandarin is a plus
- Fluency in English
