About the Role
You will lead global network strategy, architecture, engineering, operations, security, financial management, and lifecycle governance. You will manage technical teams, modernize network services, oversee vendors and budgets, ensure resilient operations, and lead transformation programs across on-premises, cloud, datacenter, WAN, SD-WAN, voice, and remote-access environments.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive enterprise network infrastructure experience
- Experience leading architecture, engineering, and operations teams in a large global environment
- Deep knowledge of WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, cloud networking, datacenter connectivity, wireless, Internet, voice, network segmentation, and secure remote access
- Understanding of network security, cybersecurity controls, regulatory compliance, disaster recovery, business continuity, and resilience
- Experience managing operating and capital budgets, telecommunications contracts, managed service providers, and vendors
- Expertise in service management, incident management, capacity planning, and continuous improvement
- Ability to communicate with executive, technical, and non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Shape and execute the global network strategy, roadmap, and operating model
- Lead and develop network architecture, engineering, and operations teams
- Establish technology standards, governance processes, and service delivery frameworks
- Drive network modernization initiatives
- Own enterprise network architecture, standards, and engineering practices
- Ensure 24x7 operational support for network infrastructure
- Lead incident management, capacity planning, and service improvement initiatives
- Implement network security controls and resilience programs
- Manage operating and capital budgets, vendor relationships, contracts, and cost optimization
- Lead global network transformation initiatives
