About the Role
You will manage the end-to-end annual audit lifecycle for pooled employer plans. You will prepare and run fiduciary and investment oversight committees, coordinate regulatory testing and reporting, oversee payroll validation, and support plan corrections and process improvements.
Requirements
- Demonstrate subject-matter expertise in annual testing, regulatory reporting, plan-audit requirements, and operational defect correction.
- Partner with internal and external contacts to meet regulatory and audit requirements.
- Manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Identify and document business requirements and current and future states.
- Enhance and implement well-designed processes.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate leadership through influence and partnership.
Responsibilities
- Lead pooled employer plan audits end to end.
- Coordinate Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, Risk, and external auditors.
- Prepare and run fiduciary and investment oversight committee meetings.
- Oversee nondiscrimination testing.
- Oversee employer payroll validation and data review.
- Support QNEC calculations and delivery.
- Coordinate annual Form 5500 preparation.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
