About the Role
You will own the end-to-end physical infrastructure lifecycle across Crusoe’s AI factory portfolio. You will set reliability and maintenance standards, manage critical power and cooling systems, oversee energy and sustainability metrics, lead facilities teams and vendors, manage operating and capital budgets, and ensure compliance, safety, documentation, and audit readiness across sites.
Requirements
- 10+ years of facilities management experience
- At least 5 years leading facilities operations in mission-critical environments
- Deep knowledge of power, UPS, generators, cooling, and fire and life safety systems
- Experience managing multi-site portfolios across multiple geographies
- Track record of building and leading high-accountability facilities teams
- Experience owning OpEx and CapEx budgets in the $10M+ range
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a multi-year facilities roadmap
- Manage a geographically distributed portfolio of sites
- Lead site selection due diligence, space planning, and facility build-outs
- Set uptime, maintenance, and service-level standards
- Manage power distribution, cooling, UPS, generators, fire suppression, and BMS systems
- Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Integrate on-site generation, battery storage, and renewable assets
- Track energy consumption, PUE, and sustainability KPIs
- Build and lead the facilities team
- Establish on-call protocols and escalation paths
- Manage vendors, contractors, and managed service providers
- Own facilities OpEx and CapEx budgets
- Lead RFPs and oversee facilities project execution
- Ensure compliance with building, fire, OSHA, and environmental requirements
- Oversee EH&S programs and incident response procedures
- Maintain documentation, certifications, and audit readiness
