About the Role
You maintain rental properties across multiple sites by performing HVAC, plumbing and electrical repairs, preparing vacant units for move-ins, conducting inspections and audits, reviewing vendor work, managing service tasks through mobile apps, and posting legal notices.
Requirements
- HVAC Type II Certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Ability to use mobile apps for work orders and communication
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend and climb
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency HVAC, plumbing and electrical repairs
- Prepare vacant units for new move-ins
- Conduct move-in and move-out inspections
- Conduct property onboarding audits
- Audit work completed by external vendors
- Manage service tasks through mobile apps
- Post legal notices
