About the Role
Crusoe is seeking a Director of Employee Success to lead people strategies for its Digital Infrastructure Group, including performance management, compensation, organizational development, change management, career paths, employee relations, talent planning, engagement, retention, and organizational health.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as an Employee Business Partner or equivalent.
- Experience with software, data center, and Digital Infrastructure Group populations.
- Experience working with employees globally.
- Experience with organizational effectiveness, talent planning, and talent development.
- Ability to use data to drive actionable insights and measurable impact.
- Ability to work in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
- Strong organization, process management, follow-through, and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and project-manage initiatives from beginning to end.
- Discretion when handling confidential and sensitive matters.
- Expertise in consultation, investigations, policy development, and manager coaching.
- Experience providing employee relations counsel.
- Ability to travel about 30% of the time.

- Conduct organizational assessments and talent gap analyses.
- Recommend organizational structures aligned with business strategy.
- Facilitate voluntary and involuntary off-boarding.
