About the Role
You will own relationships with strategic financial-institution clients, address their business and technical needs, and develop retention, growth, and commercial strategies. You will coordinate internal stakeholders, conduct business reviews, negotiate terms, improve processes, and represent the business at industry events.
Requirements
- 10+ years of account or relationship management experience in financial services or technology
- Experience in capital markets, payments, or a related field
- Experience delivering complex financial or technology services to large institutions
- Track record of identifying commercial opportunities within established client bases
- Understanding of blockchain technology and traditional financial services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative approach
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for strategic financial-institution clients
- Build relationships with client decision-makers
- Advocate for clients across internal teams
- Coordinate Sales, Pre-Sales, Engineering, Product, Finance, and Marketing stakeholders
- Develop client retention and organic-growth strategies
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Conduct business reviews and deliver tailored solutions
- Negotiate contractual and commercial terms
- Improve internal processes and execution
- Represent the business at industry events
