About the Role
You will own technical relationships with strategic customers and FAEs, translate silicon needs into engineering specifications, and coordinate customer-specific hardware and software configurations. You will oversee RTL changes and NEO customization and align customer silicon teams with internal design-verification partners for reliable delivery.
Requirements
- Experience leading customer-facing technical teams and Field Application Engineering organizations.
- Background in RTL, verification, and physical design for custom silicon programs.
- Understanding of how RTL decisions affect software, performance, and customer solutions.
- Ability to align customers, FAEs, and internal teams around technical goals.
- Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology.
Responsibilities
- Own technical customer relationships and translate high-level requests into engineering specifications.
- Coordinate customer-specific NEO silicon configurations with hardware and software leads.
