About the Role
Lead end-to-end mergers and acquisitions and financing initiatives across digital infrastructure, AI compute, data centers, and energy. Source opportunities, structure transactions, design financing strategies, oversee deal execution, build financial models, present to executives, coordinate stakeholders, and manage advisors and investor relationships.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of transactional experience in investment banking, private equity, infrastructure funds, or corporate development.
- Proven history of closing transactions with ownership of sourcing, structuring, and financing.
- Familiarity with digital infrastructure, AI compute, data centers, or power and energy markets.
- Deep understanding of corporate finance, project finance, capital markets, and corporate structuring.
- Strong communication skills and professional maturity for executive, board, and external presentations.
- Ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects and guide cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Identify, screen, and source strategic investment opportunities, joint ventures, and M&A targets that expand the AI compute and data center footprint.
- Lead the commercial and legal structuring of complex deals.
- Design and execute financing strategies using debt, equity, or structured capital solutions.
- Manage the full deal lifecycle from valuation and non-binding offers through diligence, documentation, negotiation, and closing.
- Oversee DCF, LBO, merger analysis, and project finance modeling for data center and HPC assets.
- Present transaction economics and valuation recommendations to executive leadership and the board.
- Coordinate with senior leaders across development, energy, finance, EPC, treasury, legal, and accounting.
- Lead external financial advisors, legal counsel, and technical consultants.
- Maintain relationships with investment banks, infrastructure investors, technology vendors, and energy counterparties.
