About the Role
You will lead end-to-end integration of AI systems into customer vehicle platforms from development through production. You will guide model adaptation, tuning, validation, and embedded deployment; turn regional integration work into reusable components and playbooks; lead an embedded AI integration team; and represent technical integration work with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of embedded software engineering or AI systems integration experience
- 5+ years of technical leadership experience
- Experience integrating complex software or AI systems into production automotive platforms
- C++
- Python
- Real-time operating systems including Linux, QNX, and Adaptive AUTOSAR
- End-to-end AI workflows including training, distillation, tuning, and embedded deployment
- Automotive data pipelines, perception or planning models, and validation tooling
- System thinking and problem-solving
- Cross-functional and customer-facing communication
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end software integration of the AI stack into customer vehicle platforms
- Capture deployment best practices and technical insights to influence product strategy
- Lead technical integration for OEM production programs
- Guide dataset preparation, model distillation, tuning, validation, and performance calibration
- Translate program-specific integrations into reusable application-layer components and playbooks
- Connect application software, AI research, system integration, product management, safety, and release engineering
- Lead a team focused on embedded AI application software and system-level integration
- Represent technical integration work with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers
