About the Role

You will develop DFT architecture, features and flows for next-generation AI silicon. You will integrate DFT requirements with design teams, generate and analyze test vectors, improve coverage, support silicon bring-up, and investigate failures to improve product yield.

Requirements

• Understanding of JTAG IJTAG Core Test Streaming Scan Network test compression and OCC
• Experience developing DFT specifications and implementing DFT features
• Understanding of DFT verification methodologies
• Experience with scan-based testing and ATPG tools
• Knowledge of ATPG pattern verification and gate-level simulation
• Knowledge of digital integrated circuits and systems
• Experience with Verilog and familiarity with SystemVerilog
• Scripting and debugging skills in Python TCL Perl or Shell
• Bachelor's Master's or PhD in Computer Engineering Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering

• Adopt current DFT techniques and methodologies
• Integrate DFT requirements into the design process
• Define and implement DFT architecture and features
• Develop DFT flows compatible with silicon design flows
• Integrate third-party IP into DFT infrastructure
• Generate structural test vectors and improve test coverage
• Support silicon bring-up and investigate failures to improve yield
