About the Role

You will develop next-generation AI hardware by implementing and refining microarchitectural features. You will analyze performance bottlenecks, balance power, area, and frequency trade-offs, write and debug RTL, interpret synthesis and timing results, and collaborate across RTL, verification, performance, and physical design.

Requirements

  • Have a strong foundation in digital design and microarchitecture
  • Have hands-on RTL development, debugging, and performance-analysis experience
  • Understand clock, reset, power, boot, and debug logic
  • Write Verilog or SystemVerilog
  • Interpret synthesis and timing results
  • Be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology

Responsibilities

  • Implement and refine microarchitectural features for AI hardware IP
  • Analyze performance bottlenecks and recommend improvements
  • Balance power, area, and frequency trade-offs
  • Collaborate across RTL, verification, performance, and physical design
  • Debug RTL issues in simulation and post-silicon environments
  • Improve internal tools and development flows
