About the Role

You will define DFx strategies for automotive multi-chiplet packages from architecture through high-volume production. You will plan, implement, and verify MBIST, LBIST, IST, JTAG, scan compression, and ASST; analyze ATPG coverage; and coordinate test, yield, quality, and debug activities across partners.

Requirements

  • Experience with industry-standard ATPG and DFx insertion CAD tools.
  • RTL coding experience for DFx logic, including lock-up latches, clock gates, and scan anchors.
  • Ability to translate system and safety requirements into package architecture, DFT insertion, and test-engineering constraints.
  • Experience with low-power designs and multiple clock domains.
  • Knowledge of Stuck-at, Transition, Gate-Exhaustive, Path Delay, IDDQ, and Cell Aware fault models.
  • 10+ years of experience coordinating test, yield, and quality efforts across multiple teams and companies.
  • Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology.

Responsibilities

  • Define DFx strategies for multi-chiplet packages through high-volume production.
  • Coordinate test, yield, and quality efforts across teams and companies.
  • Feed lessons learned into next-generation SiP architectures, DFT strategy, and test content.
  • Plan, implement, and verify MBIST, LBIST, and IST.
  • Implement JTAG, scan compression, and ASST.
  • Analyze ATPG and test coverage using industry-standard tools.
