About the Role
You will complete an 18-month graduate program that combines hands-on experience in your chosen field with training in business practices. You will develop technical and business skills, collaborate across regions, rotate within related functions or cross-departments when available, learn from functional leaders, and contribute to business projects.
Requirements
- Be a fresh graduate with a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree, or have up to 2 years of work experience
- Have technical expertise and experience in a relevant area of interest
- Demonstrate passion for blockchain, cloud computing, AI, and data centers
- Show notable academic, extracurricular, internship, skill-based, or domain achievements
- Demonstrate adaptability and cross-functional collaboration
- Show ownership, accountability, motivation, and commitment to pursuing your interests
