About the Role
You will create, maintain, and review developer-facing documentation, FAQs, and help pages. You will study developer and contributor needs to produce the right tools and guides. You will manage documentation repositories, review pull requests and issues, and participate in peer reviews. You will organize testing sessions and workshops with external contributors and trusted hackers. You will represent technical approaches clearly to help builders use decentralized protocols and follow security best practices. Strong English writing, organization, and communication skills will help you succeed.
Requirements
- 3+ years of technical writing for tech projects, ideally decentralized projects
- 2+ years of repository management including documentation pull requests and issue handling
- Experience using documentation tools to produce clean articles and help pages
- Strong English writing skills
- Motivation to support builders and contributors
- Understanding of essential security good practices
- Integrity, ethical standards and sound judgment
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Interest in Tendermint Cosmos SDK Berty Protocol and decentralized protocols
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and regularly review developer documentation
- Study developer and contributor needs to design appropriate tools and guides
- Create main FAQs and help pages that answer common questions
- Manage documentation repositories including pull requests and issues
- Review technical contributions and participate in peer reviews
- Organize testing sessions and run workshops with contributors
- Represent technical approaches and assist builders adopting protocols
- Promote and maintain security best practices in documentation
