About the Role

You will design and own end-to-end developer education strategies and structured learning paths that take developers from first contact to production-ready. You will build tutorials, courses, demos and code samples, create working applications and templates, and consistently ship content across written, video and interactive formats. You will run workshops, webinars and live coding sessions, define and track education metrics (completion, activation, progression to mainnet) and iterate based on data. You will partner with engineering, product, marketing and community stakeholders to align education with ecosystem priorities.

Requirements

• Hands-on engineering ability with JavaScript Python and/or Java
• Proven experience designing structured learning programs courses learning paths or certifications
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear engaging learning experiences
• Demonstrated track record of shipping technical content across formats including written and video
• High ownership and autonomy in a distributed environment
• Deep understanding of how developers learn including project-based learning and hands-on labs
• Experience with developer education platforms and tooling such as LMS YouTube and interactive environments
• Ability to use data to inform content strategy using completion engagement and activation metrics
• Experience engaging developers through workshops hackathons or live sessions
• Nice to have Experience with web3 EVM ecosystems smart contracts dApps Hardhat Foundry and ethers.js
• Nice to have Familiarity with Hedera hashgraph concepts or related SDKs
• Nice to have Experience building certification programs or credentialing systems
• Nice to have Experience using AI tools for content creation or developer productivity
