About the Role

You will manage day-to-day financial operations for AUSD, executing issuance and OTC settlement workflows, verifying wires, and maintaining inventory. You will perform daily and monthly reconciliations across on-chain transactions, processing platforms, and bank records, escalating discrepancies promptly. You will respond to customer and counterparty inquiries during Asia hours, maintain operational trackers and dashboards, run on-chain analyses using Dune and Etherscan, and document and improve processes to ensure repeatable, accurate workflows.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, finance, or a related function
• Crypto or fintech experience strongly preferred
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience with scripting such as Apps Script, Python, or SQL
• Familiarity with blockchain fundamentals including wallets, transactions, block explorers, stablecoins, and DeFi basics
• High attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, error-free work
• Ability to navigate ambiguity by asking questions and validating assumptions
• Initiative and ownership of assigned workflows
• Clear communication and coordination across time zones
• High standards of integrity and dependability

Responsibilities

• Execute AUSD issuance and OTC settlement workflows including minting, burning, wire verification, and inventory management
• Perform daily and monthly reconciliation across on-chain transactions, processing platforms, and banking records
• Handle customer and counterparty inquiries during Asia hours to support 24/7 operations
• Maintain operational trackers, checklists, and reporting dashboards to ensure visibility and repeatability
• Assist with on-chain data analysis using Dune Analytics, Etherscan, and Google Sheets/Apps Script
• Identify process gaps, propose improvements, and document procedures
• Escalate discrepancies, exceptions, or anomalies promptly to relevant stakeholders
