About the Role

You will own the financial operations layer for multi-chain ERC-4626 vaults. You will define NAV methodology and P&L attribution, configure and run monitoring and reporting, verify daily operational integrity including withdrawals and liquidity, define and communicate strategy risk policies, manage withdrawal cycles and liquidity buffers, oversee vendor and cost management, and build the operational playbook to onboard new vaults and curators.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in TradFi fund operations with recent experience in crypto
• Proven fund operations track record producing clear accurate NAV P&L and fee reporting in production
• DeFi fluency including ERC-4626 vault mechanics oracle-based pricing async withdrawal queues multi-sig custody and execution across major DeFi venues
• Experience building or operating monitoring tooling for DeFi P&L attribution
• Demonstrated ownership of operations and excellent written communication

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain vault NAV and P&L methodology and attribution
• Produce internal and LP-facing financial reporting and performance attribution
• Ensure vault operational integrity day to day, including withdrawals, liquidity checks, data pipelines, and reconciliations
• Define and communicate strategy risk policies such as exposure limits drawdown thresholds allowed counterparties concentration caps and leverage bounds
• Configure and manage withdrawal cycle cadence and liquidity buffers
• Manage vendor and vault cost relationships and maintain current cost stacks across vaults
• Build and run the operational playbook for launching new vaults and onboarding curators
