About vlayer
vlayer combines TLSNotary, zero-knowledge proofs, and multi-party computation to let developers extract, verify, and integrate private real-world data without exposing sensitive information. About the Role
You will act as the bridge between vlayer's community and its product and engineering teams. You'll gather feedback from developers, understand their pain points, and provide technical guidance to help them succeed. You'll build and maintain clear, comprehensive, and user-friendly documentation, complete with real-world examples and use cases, ensuring it stays accurate and current across APIs and supported chains. You'll also get out in front of the community by delivering talks and workshops at conferences and industry events, creating tutorials and courses, and participating in technical discussions across X/Twitter, Discord, Github, and blog posts to share your expertise with the wider Web3 developer community.
Requirements
- 4-6+ years of work experience, with 2+ years spent in developer relations
- Background in engineering or computer science; self-taught developers are welcome
- Experience working with JavaScript, Ethereum, Solidity, smart contracts, or related blockchain technologies
- Past experience in developer education and engaging with or managing Web3 developer communities
- Experience in building, maintaining and managing documentation
- Proven experience in public speaking and teaching workshops
- Fluent written and spoken English
Responsibilities
- Gather feedback from developers and act as an interface between the community and product and engineering teams
- Understand developer pain points and provide technical guidance
- Build and maintain technical, comprehensive and user-friendly documentation for the vlayer product
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation across APIs and supported chains
- Deliver talks and workshops at conferences and industry events
- Create videos such as tutorials and courses to encourage developers to start building with vlayer
- Participate in technical discussions across various channels such as X/Twitter, Discord, Github and blog posts
