About the Role
You will serve as the primary IT contact for the Taipei office, supporting Windows, macOS and Linux systems. You will troubleshoot devices, networks and applications, manage user access and endpoint health, support engineering workflows, and provide onsite infrastructure assistance at office and factory locations.
Requirements
- Hands-on support experience with Windows 11 macOS and Linux
- Troubleshooting experience with hardware peripherals networks VPNs Microsoft 365 Zoom and Slack
- Experience managing users permissions passwords and Active Directory or group policy tasks
- Security awareness covering antivirus encryption multi-factor authentication and endpoint compliance
- Ability to support engineering development tools and workflows
- Legal right to work in Taiwan
Responsibilities
- Support Windows macOS and Linux desktops and laptops
- Troubleshoot hardware peripherals networks VPNs and business applications
- Manage users permissions passwords and Active Directory tasks
- Maintain endpoint security and compliance
- Partner with engineering teams on tools workflows documentation and issue resolution
- Travel between office and third-party factory locations for onsite infrastructure support
