About the Role
You will support the branch director in achieving commercial objectives, sustainable growth and local branch positioning. You will manage customer relationships, coordinate commercial colleagues, monitor assigned objectives, manage risks and regulatory compliance, and develop relationships with local organizations.
Requirements
- Banking experience, including at least three years in branch or team coordination and or management roles
- Relationship management and communication skills
- Commercial aptitude
- Ability to coordinate people
- Knowledge of banking products, relevant regulations, credit management and associated risk management
- Knowledge of the local area and market
- Teamwork
- Good English language skills
Responsibilities
