About the Role
You will work with strategic customers to understand their AI transformation goals, workflows, and pain points. You will identify and deliver high-impact use cases, structure and close flagship deals, and guide customers in deploying AI agents into production. You will build demos, present proposals to technical and executive audiences, collaborate with engineers and research teams, and ensure deployments deliver measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity
- Experience in product development, delivery, and change management
- Commercial ability to engage in deal conversations, structure value propositions, and navigate enterprise sales cycles
- Basic proficiency in Python
- Familiarity with API integration
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to own complex, ambiguous projects and deliver results
- Ability to work across customer environments, industries, and technical use cases
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with LLM tooling and AI agent frameworks
- Ability to map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems
Responsibilities
- Meet with strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals, pain points, and workflows
- Own flagship deals from use-case identification through commercial structuring and close
- Embed with strategic customers and own delivery outcomes
- Identify high-impact use cases and collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to deliver them
- Guide customers on agent design, orchestration, and production readiness
- Scope applications in new industries and expand AI solutions across sectors
- Present results and future-work proposals to technical and executive audiences
- Feed field insights to research teams to help shape the platform and model roadmap
- Build and deliver demos of ElevenAgents and broader AI technology
- Collaborate with customer engineering and executive teams to bring agents into production and deliver measurable outcomes
