Own market entry and strategic customer deployments for ElevenLabs voice and audio AI products, combining customer discovery, solution architecture, team leadership, demonstrations, partnerships, and end-to-end project execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience engaging and influencing C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
• Ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing technical teams.
• Basic Python proficiency and understanding of API integration.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Technical aptitude for voice and audio AI models and applications.
• Strategic and commercial awareness, including deal structures, go-to-market motions, and revenue impact.
• Fluency in English and Polish.
• Understanding of regional and cultural nuances.
• Partner ecosystem development experience is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Meet strategic customers to understand audio and voice AI needs.
• Build and lead a team of forward deployed engineers within the region.
• Identify use cases from customer problems and workflows.
• Implement voice and audio AI technology with engineers.
• Design and architect bespoke customer integrations.
• Guide customers on best practices for implementing AI models.
• Present results and proposals to technical and executive audiences.
• Collaborate with Research and Product teams on product improvements.
• Build and deliver voice and audio AI demonstrations.
• Identify applications in new industries and expand AI solutions.
• Own end-to-end execution of major strategic partner projects.
• Collaborate with customer engineering and executive teams.
