About the Role

Work with strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals, identify high-impact AI-agent use cases, guide product deployment, structure commercial arrangements, and collaborate with engineering, executive, and research teams to bring agents into production.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity.
• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
• Commercial instinct and comfort with enterprise sales cycles.
• Basic Python proficiency and familiarity with API integration.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Track record of owning complex, ambiguous projects and delivering results.
• Adaptability across customer environments, industries, and technical use cases.
• Familiarity with LLM tooling and AI agent frameworks.
• Ability to map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Meet strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and pain points.
• Own flagship deals from use-case identification through commercial terms and close.
• Embed with strategic customers and own delivery outcomes.
• Identify high-impact use cases and collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers.
• Guide customers on agent design, orchestration, and production readiness.
• Scope applications in new industries and expand AI solutions globally.
• Present results and proposals to technical and C-suite audiences.
• Feed field insights to Research teams to help shape the roadmap.
• Build and deliver demos of ElevenAgents and AI technology.
• Collaborate with customer engineering and executive teams to deliver production agents and measurable outcomes.
