About the Role

Work with strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals, identify high-impact workflow opportunities, and bring AI-agent solutions into production. Own flagship engagements from use-case definition and commercial structuring through delivery, adoption, and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity
• Experience with product development, delivery, and change management
• Commercial experience with deal conversations, value propositions, and enterprise sales cycles
• Basic proficiency in Python
• Familiarity with API integration
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Track record of delivering complex, ambiguous projects
• Adaptability across customer environments, industries, and technical use cases
• Familiarity with LLM tooling and AI agent frameworks
• Ability to map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems

Responsibilities

• Meet with strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and pain points
• Own flagship deals from use-case identification through commercial structuring and close
• Embed with strategic customers and own delivery outcomes
• Identify high-impact use cases and collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to implement them
• Guide customers on agent design, orchestration, and production readiness
• Scope applications in new industries and expand AI solutions globally
• Present results and future-work proposals to technical and executive audiences
• Feed field insights to Research teams to help shape the roadmap
• Build and deliver demos for new and existing customers
• Collaborate with customer engineering and executive teams to bring agents into production
