You will manage, mentor, and supervise Site Leads and crews supporting contractor-operated and international operations. You will coordinate staffing recommendations, develop training, provide technical support to deployed personnel, and help ensure contractual performance, customer satisfaction, and mission readiness.

- Manage, mentor, and supervise Site Leads
- Support crews conducting contractor-operated and extended-duration international operations
- Serve as the primary contact for crew information
- Coordinate staffing recommendations with FSR management and supervisors
- Train Site Leads and crews for mission readiness
- Provide technical support to deployed teams
- Ensure Site Leads fulfill contractual obligations and customer needs
