About the Role
You will lead the technical customer lifecycle from deployment through activation. You will identify customer challenges and appropriate Devin use cases, support engineering teams with product integration and adoption, implement requested features where possible, share customer feedback, and help inform the product roadmap.
Requirements
- Degree in a STEM field
- Successful enterprise deployment experience in GTM or forward deployed engineering roles
- Technical sales engagement experience
- Customer communication skills for complex technical topics
- Ability to work in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments
- Ability to learn quickly
Responsibilities
- Own technical aspects of the customer lifecycle from deployment through activation
