About the Role
You will build and own the end-to-end demand planning function. You will translate commercial, historical, and product-development inputs into a master demand plan, manage allocation under supply constraints, establish S&OP processes, model demand scenarios, and develop planning metrics and dashboards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
- 5–7 years of demand planning, inventory management, supply chain operations, or production scheduling experience
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing or complex hardware environments
- Experience managing complex Excel models and non-commercial inventory consumption
- Proficiency with ERP or MRP systems and data modeling
- Familiarity with hardware product lifecycles, engineering change orders, and manufacturing flow and yield dynamics
- Advanced Excel skills for demand modeling
- Ability to identify trends in part consumption and manufacturing performance
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end demand planning process and maintain a master demand plan
- Aggregate internal requirements for engineering, research, reliability, and validation builds
- Factor yield losses, scrap rates, and destructive-test requirements into demand signals
- Maintain alignment between forecasts and actual hardware consumption
- Design and manage part allocation and prioritization plans under supply constraints
- Establish and lead a cross-functional S&OP framework
- Facilitate demand review cycles
- Model demand scenarios to reduce inventory exposure
- Define planning metrics and build dashboards
- Evaluate planning software and ERP modules
