About the Role
You'll build the campaigns and positioning that establish Carta Law as the category leader, driving awareness, pipeline, and revenue growth among target buyers such as General Counsels, Chief Compliance Officers, and Heads of Legal at enterprise PE and VC firms. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Ops to develop and execute demand generation strategies, build multichannel demand gen plans, and iteratively test creative tactics to maximize pipeline and conversion. You'll partner with content and customer marketing teams to produce mid- to bottom-funnel assets, work with web and performance marketing teams to optimize landing pages and conversion points, and activate content on social channels. You'll also partner with the Events team to develop geo-targeted campaigns in key hubs, recruit speakers, drive event promotion and follow-up, and nurture prospect attendees into sales opportunities. You'll report directly to the Director of Demand Generation and Field Marketing.
Requirements
- Exceptional relationship management skills with internal stakeholders and executive leaders
- Ability to independently drive high-impact demand generation programs targeting sophisticated GC audiences
- Deep understanding of digital, field, ABM, content, events, and lifecycle marketing
- Strong track record of designing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel, data-driven campaigns
- Demonstrated expertise collaborating cross-functionally with revenue teams and influencing senior leaders
- Outstanding communication, project management, and prioritization skills
- BA required
- Experience marketing to institutional investors, GCs, or financial stakeholders highly desirable
- 6+ years' experience in GTM, demand generation, field marketing, or ABM roles
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Ops to develop and execute demand generation strategies tailored to General Counsels, Chief Compliance Officers, and Heads of Legal
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless execution of demand generation campaigns
- Develop multichannel demand generation plans on an annual and quarterly basis with clear goals, resource allocation, and KPIs
- Test creative tactics and adjust programs based on performance data to maximize pipeline and conversion
- Maintain internal stakeholder relationships and ensure responsive communication
- Partner with sales, product, and customer advisory teams to understand decision journeys and inform content development
- Produce mid- to bottom-funnel assets such as case studies, product guides, webinars, and nurture emails
- Surface and share customer stories and pipeline deals to derive insights and demonstrate value
- Create and optimize landing pages, digital content, and conversion points for ICP-focused campaigns
- Activate content on LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social networks
- Evolve tailored messaging and positioning as new product features and Carta Law solutions are launched
- Coordinate with communications and PR to ensure consistent messaging for launches and thought leadership
- Articulate Carta Law's differentiation as an AI-native legal services platform
- Develop and execute geo-targeted campaigns and networking opportunities in key hubs such as New York, San Francisco, and London
- Identify and recruit industry voices and executives for event speaking engagements
- Drive event promotion, registration, and follow-up activities
- Nurture prospect attendees and convert event interest into sales opportunities
