About the Role
You will lead regional demand generation, content, digital, and campaign work across EMEA. You will develop market narratives and scalable content toolkits, orchestrate launches, align regional stakeholders, apply AI workflows, and use funnel insights to improve messaging, programs, pipeline, and revenue outcomes.
Requirements
- 12+ years of B2B marketing experience
- People leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary marketing teams
- Content strategy and messaging expertise
- Demand generation experience across paid, email, webinar, and outbound programs
- Funnel metrics and revenue attribution knowledge
- AI workflow experience
- EMEA multi-market marketing experience
- Cross-functional stakeholder management
- Business-level French or German proficiency
- Freemium business model experience
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a cross-functional marketing team
- Develop EMEA messaging, content toolkits, and campaign narratives
- Lead regional demand generation programs across self-serve and sales-assisted audiences
- Orchestrate market launches and flagship regional campaigns
- Align storytelling, proof points, and talk tracks across markets and channels
- Build AI-driven workflows for research, drafting, localization, and asset iteration
- Use funnel insights and business metrics to refine programs and report performance
