About the Role
You will manage the backend engineering team and lead delivery processes to continuously deliver new items to production. You will plan domain team routines, facilitate meetings, deliver status reports, resolve issues, drive feedback, and motivate team members. You will work with business stakeholders to communicate delivery status and support evaluation and implementation of new tools, systems, or infrastructure.
Requirements
- 3+ years of project or delivery management of backend teams
- Strong technical background with understanding of microservice approach and system architecture
- Knowledge of system integration
- Experience with banking integrations and finance domain
- Experience managing Agile development teams of 5+ people
- Excellent knowledge of Agile activities including scope planning, prioritization, roadmap creation, risk identification, grooming, refinement, tracking results, demos, retrospectives, and change management
- Understanding of team rituals including task setting, motivation, control, positive communication, and conflict resolution
- Proficiency in process documentation and PM tracking tools such as the Atlassian stack
- Experience in incremental software delivery management
- Ability to work independently and deliver results under time constraints
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Advanced or intermediate English, Ukrainian, or Russian
