About the Role
Drive execution and optimization of financial services solution delivery by owning processes, methodologies, and operational frameworks. Translate strategy into actionable delivery plans, standardize solution delivery frameworks and playbooks, support client engagements, provide hands-on technical support for core banking integrations, monitor delivery metrics, coordinate resource planning, and lead training and knowledge management.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or fintech, including at least 3 years in delivery management, process ownership, or solutions architecture.
- Experience managing complex technical delivery programs in regulated financial services environments.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, custody, treasury, payments, clearing infrastructure, or core banking platforms.
- Hands-on experience with solution architecture, system integrations, or enterprise software delivery.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, API architectures, and DevOps practices.
- Understanding of Swiss and European banking regulatory and compliance frameworks.
- Strong project management and process optimization skills with Agile, Lean, or similar methodologies.
- Leadership and stakeholder management experience across technical teams, clients, and executives.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and geographies with high-touch customer engagement.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Swiss German, German, and English required; French and/or Italian a plus.
- Knowledge of Bitcoin and blockchain technologies, digital asset custody, tokenization, or cryptocurrency infrastructure is preferred.
- Python, JavaScript, institutional client experience, business process modeling, requirements analysis, systems integration, and relevant certifications are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize end-to-end delivery processes for custody, payments, tokenization, and digital asset integration.
- Develop standardized solution delivery frameworks, reference architectures, and implementation playbooks.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to improve delivery speed, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Translate market insights and architectural strategy into actionable delivery plans and operational standards.
- Oversee client engagements and ensure compliance with best practices, requirements, and architectural standards.
- Partner with Product and Engineering on implementable and scalable solution designs.
- Drive knowledge management and documentation efforts.
- Coordinate resource planning and allocation for client projects.
- Provide hands-on technical support for core banking integrations and blockchain technology adoption.
- Monitor delivery metrics and report on project health, risks, and opportunities.
- Facilitate internal training and enablement programs.
- Liaise between client-facing teams and internal stakeholders.
