About the Role

You will drive execution and optimization of financial services solution delivery by owning processes, methodologies, and operational frameworks. You will translate strategy into actionable delivery plans, standardize solution delivery frameworks and playbooks, support client engagements, provide hands-on technical support for core banking integrations, monitor delivery metrics, coordinate resource planning, and run training and knowledge management to ensure high-quality implementations.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or fintech, with at least 3 years in delivery management, process ownership, or solutions architecture
  • Proven track record of managing complex technical delivery programs in regulated financial services environments
  • Strong understanding of banking operations and systems, including exposure to custody and treasury operations, payment systems and clearing infrastructure, or core banking platforms (Avaloq knowledge highly preferred)
  • Hands-on technical experience with solution architecture, system integrations, or enterprise software delivery
  • Familiarity with modern technology stacks including cloud platforms (AWS preferred), API architectures, and DevOps practices
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks in banking, particularly Swiss and European regulations
  • Excellent project management and process optimization skills, with experience in Agile, Lean, or similar methodologies
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities, capable of working effectively with technical teams, clients, and executive leadership
  • Self-starter with proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and geographies, demonstrating high-quality and high-touch customer engagement
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality
  • Languages: Swiss German, German, and English required; French and/or Italian a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize end-to-end delivery processes for financial services solutions, including custody, payments, tokenization, and digital asset integration
  • Develop and maintain standardized solution delivery frameworks, reference architectures, and implementation playbooks for banking and financial services clients
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance delivery speed, quality, and client satisfaction
  • Translate market insights and architectural strategy into actionable delivery plans and operational standards
  • Support client engagements through delivery oversight, ensuring adherence to best practices, compliance requirements, and architectural standards
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure solution designs are implementable, scalable, and aligned with delivery capabilities
  • Drive knowledge management and documentation efforts, capturing lessons learned and building institutional knowledge
  • Coordinate resource planning and allocation for client projects to optimize team utilization and delivery capacity
  • Provide hands-on technical support during complex implementations, particularly around core banking platform integrations and blockchain technology adoption
  • Monitor delivery metrics and KPIs and report on project health, risks, and opportunities
  • Facilitate internal training and enablement programs to equip delivery teams with current industry knowledge and technical capabilities
  • Act as a liaison between client-facing teams and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on delivery expectations
