Centre for Long-Term Resilience (CLTR) is a non-profit company operating under the legal name Alpenglow Group Limited. About the Role
You will translate product strategy into a deliverable roadmap and backlog. You will run lightweight agile processes, monitor milestones, manage risks and blockers, coordinate dependencies, maintain decision logs, and report progress to leadership, colleagues, and funders.
Requirements
- Experience as a delivery manager, product manager, or scrum master on a technical or data project
- Experience running agile processes, including backlogs, sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Strong experience using project management software such as Asana
- Ability to operate autonomously and create momentum on a one-day-per-week engagement
- Strong prioritisation judgement
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to report to senior stakeholders and provide a challenge function
- Familiarity with data pipelines or machine-learning-based products
- Interest in AI policy and extreme risk
Responsibilities
- Translate product strategy into a deliverable roadmap and backlog
- Run agile ceremonies, including weekly stand-ups, planning, and retrospectives
- Track progress against milestones and flag slippage and trade-offs early
- Identify and manage delivery risks and blockers with the policy lead and infrastructure engineer
- Maintain a decision log and drive decisions where work is stalled
- Coordinate dependencies between technical work, analysis, and communications outputs
- Provide concise progress reports for leadership, colleagues, and funders
