About the Role
This hands-on operations role focuses on daily on-chain transaction execution, vault management, smart contract wallet deployment, partner support, fee tracking, documentation, operational playbooks, metrics, and AI-assisted process optimization.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, crypto asset management, or another analytical role
- Mandatory DeFi experience, corporate or individual
- Deep understanding of vaults, liquidity pools, lending markets, and yield strategies
- Comfort executing on-chain transactions via block explorers and smart contract wallets
- Strong understanding of the broader crypto ecosystem and protocol interactions
- Exceptional organization and ability to manage multiple partners and workflows
- Experience with documentation tools
- Comfort using AI tools to automate and optimize processes
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor on-chain transactions across multiple chains
- Manage daily vault operations, including deposits, withdrawals, and yield realization
- Deploy smart contract wallets for new partners using internal tools
- Support partners through vault launches
- Track and manage fee structures across active vaults
- Ensure seamless partner onboarding
- Maintain vault documentation
- Build and refine operational playbooks
- Track operational metrics and proactively flag issues
- Automate and optimize processes using AI tools
