About the Role

You will source and evaluate investment opportunities in growth-stage private companies, lead end-to-end financial and operational diligence, prepare investment committee materials, support and negotiate deal closings, implement AI-driven systems to streamline workflows, collaborate with legal, compliance, finance, and product teams, and engage with portfolio companies.

Requirements

• Experience in venture capital, growth equity, or private equity investing in growth-stage pre-IPO technology companies
• High-quality, active network within the technology and AI ecosystem including founders and venture capital investors
• Proven investment judgment and ability to diligence investment opportunities
• Experience working within a high-performing investment fund and understanding of operational standards
• Ability to build or implement AI-driven systems to improve investment workflows
• Interest in developing junior talent and strengthening team capabilities
• Passion for expanding access to private market investing

Responsibilities

• Source new investment opportunities
• Lead end-to-end diligence and perform financial and operational analysis
• Support and lead transaction closings and negotiation
• Implement and test AI-powered systems to streamline operations
• Prepare investment committee materials and investment recommendations
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, finance, and product teams to support fund operations and scalability
• Engage with and support portfolio companies
