About the Role
You will lead and mentor Data Engineers as they design and build resilient, scalable, high-performance batch and real-time data pipelines. You will drive Agentic AI adoption in data engineering workflows, establish safe deployment practices, and architect data warehouses, data marts, ETL pipelines, and cloud infrastructure. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to turn business requirements into scalable data solutions and deliver mission-critical projects.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in data engineering, data warehousing, or data marts.
- Experience building offline and real-time data warehouses.
- Knowledge of data warehouse modeling theory and data warehouse model design.
- Understanding of data warehouse systems and real-world business scenarios.
- Familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and AutoGen.
- Experience productionizing Agentic AI frameworks in a data context.
- Experience building AI-powered data tools, including natural-language query interfaces, anomaly-remediation agents, and data observability.
- Hands-on experience applying Agentic AI to data engineering, including text-to-SQL, LLM-powered remediation, self-healing pipelines, and metadata and lineage management.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor Data Engineers to build resilient, scalable, high-performance batch and real-time data pipelines.
- Champion Agentic AI adoption across data workflows.
- Define best practices, guardrails, and evaluation frameworks for deploying AI agents in the data lifecycle.
- Architect and implement data warehouse and data mart solutions, including data modeling and ETL pipelines.
- Design, build, and maintain analytics-ready data marts using dimensional modeling techniques.
- Define and implement cloud-based data infrastructure using modern architectural principles.
- Drive technical excellence and delivery for mission-critical projects.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
