About the Role
You will build the data foundation for the quote-to-cash lifecycle. You will model Salesforce, CPQ, and billing data; maintain data integrity and SLAs; partner on upstream schema changes; create self-serve analytics products; and guide stakeholder roadmaps through GTM data expertise.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer, or similar role
- Experience partnering with GTM, Revenue Operations, or Finance teams
- Experience modeling Salesforce data and a quote-to-cash system such as CPQ, contract lifecycle management, billing, invoicing, or ERP
- Experience building multi-step ETL jobs and data models with dbt
- Proficiency with Airflow and GitHub
- Expertise in SQL and Python
- Experience with dashboarding tools such as Hex
- Experience building an analytics data engineering function at startups
Responsibilities
- Translate Deal Desk, Order Management, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Sales data needs into technical requirements
- Design, build, and own canonical data models for Salesforce, CPQ, and billing data
- Establish data integrity standards and SLAs
- Partner on upstream schema changes, fields, and data ingestion
- Build data products, dashboards, and tools for self-serve GTM analytics
- Influence stakeholder roadmaps from a data perspective
- Develop expertise in GTM data models and architecture
