About the Role
You will run shift coverage, attendance, breaks, task assignments, and handoffs. You will coach and recertify operators, train new hires, manage first-line performance, coordinate rig issue resolution, report operating metrics, enforce safety and data-handling procedures, and share effective site practices.
Requirements
- 2+ years leading frontline hourly teams in hands-on operations
- Experience coaching people to a measurable standard
- Ability to conduct direct in-person performance conversations
- Shift flexibility, including evenings
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in person at the assigned collection site
Responsibilities
- Run shift coverage, attendance, breaks, task assignments, and handoffs
- Coach operators against quality scorecards and conduct recertifications
- Deliver onboarding training and provide pass/fail input for working interviews and ramp cohorts
- Manage first-line performance and escalate recurring issues
- Coordinate with on-site technicians to keep rigs running
- Report accepted episodes per operator-hour, rig uptime, attendance, and blockers daily
- Enforce safety and data-handling procedures
- Share effective shift-level fixes for site playbooks
