About the Role
You will manage the full lifecycle of global data center assets, maintain accurate DCIM documentation, and lead new data center rollouts and expansion projects. You will oversee infrastructure design, HPC cluster deployments, supply chain coordination, vendor relationships, maintenance, audits, hardware operations, and transitions into production while traveling internationally for site oversight.
Requirements
- Experience in data center engineering and operations
- Experience designing and delivering data center infrastructure
- Hands-on experience managing modern environments
- Strong project management capabilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and vendor teams
- Experience with DCIM and large-scale asset management
- Ability to travel internationally for several weeks per year
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end rollouts of new data centers and large-scale expansion projects
- Coordinate and deploy High-Performance Computing clusters across global sites
- Oversee the design and installation of critical infrastructure and thermal management
- Manage equipment from purchase order through delivery, installation, and decommissioning
- Track orders, manage inventory, and synchronize on-site logistics
- Maintain accurate physical asset and project records in DCIM software
- Coordinate with Platform and Network teams to transition systems into production
- Plan and oversee engineering workstreams, repairs, replacements, and maintenance
- Manage data center vendors and internal stakeholders
- Resolve issues and facilitate audits
- Perform hands-on data center hardware work
- Provide on-site project oversight during global travel
- Align data center capacity and infrastructure with long-term platform requirements
