About the Role
You will work across the venture studio and accelerator to turn new ideas into products and help founders build AI capabilities into their products and operations. You will set technical direction, develop internal AI infrastructure, advise portfolio founders, and establish reusable engineering and AI practices.
Requirements
- Experience delivering products in a fast-paced technology startup
- Recent experience building with modern AI tooling
- Experience with generative AI and agentic systems
- Experience developing and executing AI strategies aligned with business objectives
- Strong product and customer mentality
- Ability to combine hands-on execution with strategic advice
- Experience evaluating and integrating third-party AI tools and vendors
- Experience making build-versus-buy decisions
- Previous technical founder experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Set technical direction for new ventures and products
- Lead development and implementation of new ventures
- Turn ambiguous ideas into product MVPs within six months
- Apply an AI-first approach to product and technical decisions
- Identify AI-native workflows for venture development
- Lead technical hypothesis development and testing
- Design and maintain internal AI tooling and infrastructure
- Create reusable architecture patterns evaluation frameworks and AI guidelines
- Prototype and evaluate AI capabilities and tools
- Mentor accelerator founders and technical leads
- Develop technical best practices and processes
- Coach and mentor technical team members
