About the Role
You will own IT onboarding and offboarding, administer internal services and office systems, provide on-site and remote support, manage hardware and software throughout their lifecycle, maintain vendor relationships, support events and office changes, and create IT documentation and runbooks. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, administer identity systems, support networking and security systems, and resolve problems independently with a strong customer-service focus.
Requirements
- 3 to 4 years of hands-on IT experience
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Hardware and software troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance
- Experience administering Google Workspace, Atlassian, Okta, LDAP, and VPN
- Experience with office networking, AV and conference-room systems, CCTV, physical security systems, and backup and recovery
- Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills
- Ability to work independently and own problems end to end
- Practical problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting a global or multi-office organization is desirable
- An associate's or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is desirable
