About the Role

Lead customer-support operations improvement by analyzing operational data, identifying issues, designing AI-enabled workflows, defining business requirements, establishing KPIs, measuring outcomes, coordinating stakeholders, and reporting results. The role is primarily based at the Sapporo center with remote work available as part of a hybrid arrangement.

Requirements

  • Experience analyzing performance data, identifying and solving issues, and planning operations or business-process improvements.
  • Experience leading business-planning or business-transformation projects.
  • Experience driving AI utilization or automation projects.
  • Self-directed learning and willingness to adopt current technologies.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and articulate and visualize business needs logically.

Responsibilities

  • Identify operational issues and develop solutions through operational management and data analysis.
  • Design new workflows and define business requirements using AI and automation technologies.
  • Design KPIs, visualize operations, measure effectiveness, and plan and execute AI-enabled improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and provide reporting.
