About the Role
You will advise complex DACH customers on adopting and scaling Claude products. You will manage customer relationships and account plans, monitor adoption and usage, lead change-management programs, quantify value and ROI, identify new use cases, and build regional customer-success processes and playbooks.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Consulting, Solutions Architecture, or Solutions Engineering
- Experience with consumption-based and seat-based business models
- Technical fluency in AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns
- Experience explaining technical products to varied audiences
- Project management skills and experience managing multiple customer relationships
- Experience building a growing region and working across time zones
- Fluency in German and English
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience
Responsibilities
- Build strategic relationships with DACH customer decision makers
- Advise customers on API, Claude for Enterprise, and Claude Code
- Drive usage planning and identify optimization opportunities
- Socialize product roadmaps and represent DACH customer needs
- Measure business outcomes, ROI, and customer impact
- Identify new customer use cases and business lines
- Lead change-management, training, and organizational-enablement programs
- Manage account plans and Quarterly Business Reviews
- Develop EMEA-specific processes, playbooks, and best practices
