About the Role
You will guide customers through AI-agent deployments from project scoping to adoption and value realization. You will build strategic customer relationships, communicate with stakeholders at every level in English and German, develop expertise in product capabilities and AI best practices, and partner with Product and Engineering to address customer needs and improve the roadmap.
Requirements
- 4+ years of customer-facing experience in a technical B2B SaaS role
- Business-level fluency in written and spoken English and German
- Experience managing large customers and highly visible multi-stakeholder projects
- Communication and presentation skills for simplifying complex concepts for non-technical audiences
- Interpersonal, persuasion, and teamwork skills
- Understanding of GTM sales teams and processes
- Technical acumen and interest in agent-building processes
Responsibilities
- Shape the Agent Strategy function and its operating foundations
- Build long-lasting customer partnerships and serve as a strategic advisor
- Guide customers from deployment scoping through adoption and value realization
- Develop expertise in product capabilities and AI best practices
- Communicate with customer stakeholders, including C-level executives
- Support new projects and initiatives for customers and the team
- Identify technical improvements and influence the product roadmap with Product and Engineering
