About the Role

You develop and maintain customer relationships, understand business and technical needs, provide technical guidance on cloud-based AI and ML solutions including Kubernetes, monitor performance and return on investment, deliver customer training, stay current on industry and regulatory developments, and resolve concerns to support satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in customer success, technical account management, or a similar role in a technology-driven environment
Understanding of computing platforms, AI, and ML technologies
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to build relationships at all levels within an organization
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguous and iterative fact-sets

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Understand customer business needs and technical requirements
Provide technical guidance and support for implementing and optimizing cloud-based AI and ML solutions including Kubernetes solutions
Conduct regular reviews and report on customer progress
Monitor key performance indicators and return on investment
Stay current with industry trends, technical advancements, and regulatory changes
Deliver customer training sessions and workshops
Address and resolve customer concerns
